Boomer Peterson

A native of Lincoln, NE, Boomer holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Wake Forest University and a master’s in sports management from West Virginia University. As a member of the 2006 ACC Championship Wake Forest football team and member of the track and field team at Wake Forest, Boomer understands the importance of teamwork and communication to accomplish big goals. 

With a successful track record of investment advisory over multiple asset classes and types dating back to 2011, Boomer has settled into a role that sees him primarily focusing on Net Lease and Multifamily investments. With his history of closing deals across many states, Boomer has the ability to help you find the perfect investment nationwide with his network of brokers, use of technology, and drive to succeed. A self professed “drone nerd,” Boomer is a regular user of drone technology when marketing or executing due diligence. With his history and relationships built, he will make sure to accomplish any CRE based assignment he is tasked.

Boomer is based near Lincoln, NE, where he lives with his wife and three kids. He is an avid hunter and enjoys being in the outdoors. He also has a passion for sports, especially football (Go Deacs & Go Big Red!)
